Today we have new products like hyaluronic acid or polyacrylamides that allow us to fill in wrinkles and furrows on the face.

However, these are mostly used to treat the bottom of the face, i.e. the area around the lips and lips themselves, nasal labial furrows and sometimes jowl creases.

Their main benefit is a lasting effect over time and above all no allergic reactions.

It acts by numbing the muscles. The right solution for correcting fine wrinkles on the forehead, crow’s feet and frown lines. The benefit is its great effectiveness in these areas that are difficult to treat with filler products, and a very good tolerance by the body with no inflammatory reaction in particular at the injection point (which may sometimes occur with other techniques).
We also note the possibility of “playing” with the various muscles in the forehead to obtain a raised eyebrow tip, enlarging eyes, and smoothing out the upper eyelid as well. The only drawback is that its effective duration does not exceed four to six months, which means repeating sessions if you want a perfect result all year.

As indicated by the name, this is about filling in spaces.  Indeed, it consists in removing fat from any area of the body by liposuction, and then re-injecting it to another part, usually the face, which has no fat or where the amount has been reduced over the years.

As a general rule, these are quite serious adjustments intended for cheekbones, lips, cheeks and all those facial areas that lack “shape”.
The major benefit of this technique, besides its excellent lasting effect (count two years minimum), is its total tolerance. When faced with an implant of its own cells, the body does not react, which is not always the case for traditional filler products when injecting large quantities.

Another benefit, and by no means the least, is no materials cost, which is not negligible, for example, when correcting cheekbones where the quantities involved may be quite considerable.

This procedure is carried out under local anaesthetic, is not painful and can be done in a doctor’s office on condition that very strict asepsis rules are obeyed.

Patients have few external signs and can return to normal activity two or three days later.
